Not to be outdone, the highest timber building planned so far is a 23-storey office building in Sweden.”

 How long does a typical home take to build?

– The build time will depend on how large the home is and whether it is a low set home, high set home or two storey. However, from when we start work on site our homes are always complete within 95 days. With that said, a low set home typically takes 75 days from start of first soil dug to Practical Completion ready for handover.
