Canada has three tall timber buildings in the pipeline, a 13-storey Quebec City project, using cross-laminated timber and glulam, a 12-storey building in Ottawa and a project in Vancouver targeting 18 storeys. Not to be outdone, the highest timber building planned so far is a 23-storey office building in Sweden.”

What warranty do you give with each new home?
– Tribute Homes has three types of warranty policies, 1 Year Non-Structural, 7 Year Water Penetration, Health and Safety, and 50 Year Structural Integrity. Three certificates explaining these warranties are provided to the home owner at the Handover of each home.

How long does a typical home take to build?
– The build time will depend on how large the home is and whether it is a low set home, high set home or two storey. However, from when we start work on site our homes are always complete within 95 days. With that said, a low set home typically takes 75 days from start of first soil dug to Practical Completion ready for handover.
